Beautiful P1 Xylophone Christmas Present!

A beautiful example of a fairly stock P1 Xylophone build by John Palmer. He did this one as a Christmas pressie for his grandkids.

Thanks for your plans! I just finished a xylophone for my grandkids. It's beautiful, and was very fun to build. I'm attaching some photos for you. I used Paduak for the bars, Alder for the box. I've tried a few materials for the mallets, and so far 90 durometer rubber balls are my favorites.
I'm ordering my marimba plans today.
